Scheduling

Scheduling is a major component of a project and is created out of planning and conceptual design. As an important tool for project tracking, scheduling serves as a reference for each comparison with the actual project status. For example, the production scheduled for a given day compels the new machinery or system to produce the scheduled product, otherwise, the investment plan would not be achieved. There is no practical insurance to cover automation project failures.

Therefore, it is paramount that companies' investment in machinery and systems precludes these types of failures up front. Production time is a pressure-driven factor and is very expensive.
